摘    要:对束流信号进行展宽处理是储存环逐束团位置测量RF前端设计的重要工作之一。针对上海光源储存环束流信号的特点,对束流信号展宽进行分析,采用低通滤波器和包络检波联合的方法对信号进行展宽。考虑到实现过程需要对信号进行ps量级的延时,使用微带传输线对该方法进行了具体设计。对微带传输线等效为集总参数LC元件进行推导以进行低通滤波器设计,给出了阻抗匹配方案以实现宽带功率分配器与合成器。仿真和实测结果表明,所设计的电路能够对束流信号进行有效展宽处理。

Abstract:Beam signal stretching is significant for bunch-by-bunch position measurements on a storage ring. This paper presents a signal stretching method using the low-pass filter and envelope detection through analysis of beam signal characteristics on the storage ring at Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility. With the consideration of the need to delay the signal in picosecond order, a circuit based on microstrip transmission was adopted to implement this method. Microstrip transmission line equivalent to lumped LC elements was derived for the low-pass filter design and the impedance matching scheme was given to implement the broadband power splitter and combiner. The simulation and experimental results show that the design can stretch beam signal effectively.
