| Abstract: | Oscillopotentiometric titration can be applied to determine domiphenium bromide with a platinum electrode and a silver electrode. Domiphenium bromide was titrated with sodium tetraphenylborate solution in acetate buffer solution (pH 5.5) and the end point was indicated by a sudden shift of the fluorescence spot on the screen. This method is simple and rapid with an accuracy similar to that obtained by official method but without using chloroform. |
