原绿球藻营养成分与叶绿素a、b含量研究

摘    要:用化学分析方法测定了原绿球藻(Prochlorococcus sp.)一般营养成分,以及不同光照条件下叶绿素a、b含量的变化.结果表明:原绿球藻含水分80.56%,干品中含有蛋白质42.32%,碳水化合物15.11%,粗脂肪11.47%,灰分17.48%;氨基酸35.88%,包括8种必需氨基酸(37.54%)和10种非必需氨基酸(62.46%);13种脂肪酸,包括5种饱和脂肪酸(41.74%),8种不饱和脂肪酸(54.43%).在光照20μmol·(m^2s)^-1,温度20℃,pH 8.16,盐度20.2‰的条件下藻液蓝绿色,叶绿素a、b的比值为5.24.实验表明:原绿球藻可作为一种高品质的蛋白质和不饱和脂肪酸来源,有望作为直接投喂的饲料或作为饲料中的添加剂.

Abstract:In order to explore economic value in use of the Prochlorococcus sp., we analyze the contents of primary nutrition and contents diversification of pigments under different illuminations. The experiment results indicate that it contains water 80.56%; the Contents of its protein, carbohydrate, roughwrought fat, and ash are 42.32 %, 15.11%, 11.47 % and 17.48 % respectively in dry weight; its amino acid content is 35.88 %. There are L8 types of amino acids, including 8 EAA(37.54%) and 10 NEAA(62.46%). Prochlorococcus sp. contains 13 kinds of fatty acid which are 5 SFA(41.74%) and 8 UFA(54.43%). Under the cultivated conditions (illumination, 20μmol·(m^2s)^-1; temperature 20℃; pH 8.16; salinity 20.2), Prochlorococcus sp. is rich with chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and a/b is found to be 5.24. The experiment indicates that Prochlorococcus sp. can be used as a new feedstuff of high protein and USFA.
