摘    要:研究了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定重晶石中的Pb,建立了K2CO_3-Na_2CO_3-Na_2B4O7混合熔剂熔融分解样品,同时以HCl为介质酸化溶解沉淀的方法。同时对比了熔融试剂和熔融时间两个因素的影响,结果表明混合熔剂高温熔融10min就能将重晶石中的Pb释放出来,Pb的检出限为0.033!g/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为0.80%~4.0%,加标回收率在93.55%~107.5%,测定范围是0.10%~10.0%。方法熔样迅速、操作简单,并且能够准确测定重晶石中的铅量,对选矿、冶炼实验有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In this paper, we conducted a research on the method for the determination of lead in barite by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, and established a sample decomposition method in which K2CO3-Na2CO3- Na2B4O7 was used to flux samples and HCl was used as a medium to acidify and dissolve the precipitation. In addition, the influences of the molten reagent and melting time were studied.The results showed that Pb could be released from barite in 10 min by means of high-temperature melting with the mixed flux. It revealed that the detection limit of Pb was 0.033 mg/mL, the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=7) was among 0.80%~4.0%, and the recovery rate was between 93.55% and 107.5%, the range of measurement was within 0.10%~10.0%. The sample pretreatment method reported in this paper was quick and easy to use and could accurately detect the Pb content in barite. Furthermore, it can also provide some guidance for beneficiation and smelting experiments.
