| 摘 要： | 本文以吉林省为个案，对当前农村义务教育的现状进行调查分析，明确了农村义务教育不均衡发展的主要原因，清楚了要推进农村义务教育均衡发展，必须解决的问题。充分认识了推进农村义务教育均衡发展是提高农民素质，转移农村剩余劳动力，增加农民收入，实现吉林省和谐发展的强有力措施。
