A Study of CdS Semieonductor in Silica Glasses by LOFIRS
Abstract:Abstract Small size CdS crystal doped silica glasses were prepared by sol·gel process. The CdS microcrystal sizes were charactrized by low frequecy inelastic Raman scattering(LOFIRS).The blue shift in the optical absorption of the obtained glasses was investigated in relation to the size of OdS microcrystals.
