| 摘 要： | 智能业务的螺旋形膨胀不但使智能网的结构向着多SCP的方向发展,更使得智能网SCP过载控制机制显得极其重要.首先给出了一套不依赖集中控制的完全分布式多SCP智能网组网方案,然后给出了在这种网络环境下的呼叫分发算法以及在非公平条件下的基于ACG算法的SCP过载控制算法.

| Abstract: | The expand of the Intelligent Network (IN) not only made the development of itself to Multi_SCP, but made the IN_SCP overload control algorithm being increasingly signified. A complete distributed Multi_SCP IN mold, is firstly given out then given out the call distribution mechanism. Finally, a SCP overload control algorithm in unfair condition based on automatic code gapping (ACG) mechanism has been given. |
