自复叠制冷系统内部参数的理论研究

摘    要:以采用R23/R134 a二元混合工质为制冷剂的自复叠制冷系统为分析对象,借助数值模拟软件和焓-浓关系图,从理论上研究自复叠制冷系统冷凝温度(环境状态)、蒸发温度及循环运行浓度等内部参数的关系及对系统性能(COP)的影响。结果表明,在循环运行浓度不变条件下,蒸发温度变化对系统COP的影响要大于冷凝温度变化所产生的影响;而在冷凝温度和蒸发压力不变时,随着循环运行浓度的升高,冷凝压力升高,蒸发温度下降,单位制冷量基本不变,单位耗功量增幅明显,系统的COP下降。
