摘    要:最优联合时频处理(AGR)是一种参数化的时频分析方法,它不仅是时域信号的最优逼近,而且具有无交叉项、不易受噪声干扰等优点,在信号处理中发挥了很大作用.提出利用AGR对电力系统传输电线短路故障进行分析处理、识别短路故障类别,给出了仿真结果.结果表明,该方法不仅可快速检测故障、判断故障相,而且可以有效地抑制干扰,避免动作元件因噪声发生误动作.对解决电力系统微机保护选相定位的正确性、灵敏性提供了一个可行的方法.

Abstract:The adaptive joint Time-Frequency processing technique is a type of parametric T-F analysis. It can not only approach functions in time-domain, but also be immune from cross-term interference and less sensitive to noise. The paper proposes the use of the AGR(the adaptive Gaussian basis representation) in the diagnosis of transmission line short circuit fault. The paper analyzes the current signals sampled form transmission lines using AGR and diagnoses all kinds of short circuit faults. The emulational results are also given. The results indicate that AGR can locate short circuit faults quickly and restrain disturbance and false tripping caused by noises in power system. The present research provides a feasible way to meet the demand of validity and sensitivity in the faulty phase detection in electric power system.
