Determination of Zine in Milk Powder with Emulsification Method by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry |

| Abstract: | Milk Powder was made to a stable emulsion using emulsifier OP.The emulsion was injected into the air acetylene flame.The standard addition method was used to determine zinc.The results obtained agree well with those by ashing method.This method is simple and accurate. |
