L-Proline catalyzed one-pot multi-component synthesis of 2-(1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)quinazolin-4(3H)-one derivatives and their biological studies

摘    要:A new series of quinazolin-4(3H)-one derivatives containing a(1 3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl) core with substituents at the 2-position and aromatic or heteroaromatic substituents at the 3-position were synthesized using an L-proline catalyzed one-pot multi-component reaction approach.All the synthesized compounds were characterized and screened for their antimicrobial,antifungal and anti-tubercular activities.
