基于PID算法的水温控制系统的设计

摘    要:为了实现水温控制系统的设计要求,通过对各个模块电路方案的比较和论证,最后确定了以STC89C52单片机为核心的硬件电路,选用DS18B20温度传感器测量水温。系统可以实时地显示温度,并能通过温度设置来对水的温度进行调节,同时具有报警功能。另外,串口通讯程序的设计使得可以同步地在电脑上显示出水温的曲线。核心的控制算法基于PID控制。该设计实例也适用于高校单片机及相关课程的教学实践活动。

Abstract:In order to realize WTCS( water temperature control system) design requirements,with comparison and demonstration of the various module circuit schemes,finally determine the hardware circuit with the core of the STC89C52 single chip microcomputer. And select DS18B20 to measure temperature. The system can display with time and set temperature to adjust water temperature. It also has alarm function. In addition,a serial communication program is designed to print out the curve of the water temperature on the computer real- time. The core of the control algorithm based on PID control. The design example applies to single chip microcomputer and related courses teaching practice.
