摘    要:心肺复苏法(CPR)是触电急救培训的一项核心内容.由于CPR救护具有不同的特点和操作标准,以及救护者在培训教学中没有掌握规范的急救动作等原因,极易引发CPR按压造成的骨折等二次伤害.培训教学中,通过运用示范—模仿—指导—熟练—评定教学、互动式教学等新的教学模式和方法,指导学员在救护中要注意患者的个体差异,因人施救,并引进推广新技术、新手段,以提高培训教学质量和施救效果.

Brief Discussion of the Teaching Measures to Reduce Fracture Damage of CPR

Abstract:Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)is a core content of electric shock first-aid training. As the CPR first-aid has distinct characteristics and operating standards,and the rescuers haven't grasped the standard first-aid action from training as well,it is extremely possible to cause secondary damage of CPR compression fractures.In the process of training,new teaching models and methods such as demonstration teaching,imitation teaching,guidance teaching,proficiency teaching,evaluation of teaching and interactive teaching are applied to guide participants to keep their eyes on individual differences of patients and to rescue them respectively.Moreover,new technology and methods should be brought in and promoted to enhance the training quality and rescue effects.
