钒掺杂新型介孔材料V-UVM-7选择催化氧化异丁烯

摘    要:通过Atrane法制备一系列钒掺杂的新型介孔材料V-UVM-7,并用于异丁烯催化氧化制备异丁烯醛,考察了不同钒含量对催化剂催化氧化性能的影响。由实验结果可知,钒的掺入能显著改善催化剂活性,但是对异丁烯醛选择性的影响是变化的。随着钒含量的升高,异丁烯醛的选择性开始是逐渐升高,

Abstract:A series of mesoporous materials,V-doped V-UVM-7,have been synthesized via the Atrane Route method and used as the catalysts for oxidation of isobutene to methacrolein.The effects of V contents on the catalysis performance were studied.It was shown that V doped into UVM-7 could improve the activity of catalysts significantly.The selectivity of MAL varied with the content of V,which increases first and then decreases.The Si/V30(V-UVM-7,the ratio of Si and V is 30 in the mother solution) is found the best.The...
