Abstract:The air cooling method to dissipate computer CPU is with low efficiency,slow response speed,poor reliability of rotating fan and big noise.So,semiconductor refrigeration was designed to cool the CPU.Temperature sensor was used to test CPU's temperature.When CPU's temperature is more than the setting temperature,control circuits drive semiconductor to work for refrigeration and make the CPU's temperature at a constant temperature.Using thermal insulation sealing and refrigeration blocks,not only can prevent ...
