摘    要:测量不确定度评定现已成为检测和校准实验室不可缺少的工作内容。石膏中三氧化硫含量是表征石膏品质的重要指标,因此,对石膏中三氧化硫测量不确定度评定工作就显得尤为重要。采用重量法测定石膏中三氧化硫含量,建立不确定度数学模型,对整个测定过程中所引入的各个不确定度分量进行分析和计算,得出扩展不确定度结果为0.33%,k=2,主要影响因素为灼烧后沉淀的质量。

Abstract:The measurement uncertainty evaluation has become one of the essential jobs for detecting and calibrating labs. The content of sulfur trioxide in gypsum is an important index characterizing the quality of gypsum. Hence the measurement uncertainty evaluation of sulfur trioxide in gypsum is particularly important. The content of sulfur trioxide in gypsum was determined by gravimetric method, and a mathematical model of uncertainty was established. Each of the uncertainty components introduced by the whole measurement process was analyzed and calculated. It is concluded that the extended uncertainty result is 0.33%, k=2, and the main influencing factor is the precipitation mass after burning.
