摘    要:利用TEM研究了通过放电等离子烧结(Spark Plasma Sintering,SPS)方法制备的AlMnCe/Al2O3微胞结构金属/陶瓷纳米复合材料界面的微观结构。结果表明,Al2O3纳米粉末在放电局域高温作用下形成了胞壁烧结体相,纳米Al2O3胞壁层与AlMnCe胞体合金之间有70 nm的熔渗过渡区,界面结合良好。纳米Al2O3胞壁层的烧结暗示SPS烧结条件下的温度分布具有明显的微观局域性差异,界面处有放电引起的短时高温经历。

Abstract:Mierostructures of the interfaces in AlMnCe/Al2O3 microcellular composite prepared with SPS are investigated via transmission electron microscope (TEM) method. The results indicate that cell wall sintering body phase is formed in the nano-Al2O3 powders under the condition of local discharge high-temperature, and a 200~ 300 nm impregnation transition areas between the nano-Al2O3 cell wall layer and the AlMnCe cell body exists. The interface is fine. The sintering of nano-Al2O3 cell wall layer suggests that the temperature distribution has obvious microcosmic local difference under SPS condition. Due to the discharge, instantaneous high-temperature would occur in interfaces.
