| Abstract: | The phase diagram and metal distribution of the (CrxTi1?x)3Se4 system were studied by X-ray, neutron diffraction, and DTA measurements. The metal distribution of M′M2X4 with the Cr3S4-type structure, which was estimated from the composition dependence of lattice parameters in the solid solution (M′xM1?x)3X4 system, was in good agreement with results from other measurements such as neutron diffraction and Mössbauer effect. |
