摆锤式块杆型冲击拉伸试验装置的动力学系统简化分析

摘    要:本文对摆锤式块杆型冲击拉伸试验装置进行了较完整的动力学系统简化分析。用差分方法和特征线方法进行了数值分析,并和试验结果进行了比较。结果表明本文的分析方法和计算程序是正确的和可靠的,该试验装置是合理的,可以得到材料在一定平均应变率下的应力应变曲线。本文还用数值分析的结果解释了试验中出现的现象,指出了试验系统的匹配问题,给出了判断试验装置最大打击应力的方法。

Abstract:The pendulum impact tensile test apparatus of blockbar was studied as a dynamic system. A simplified mechanical model of the dynamic system consisting of the pendulum, the block, the specimen and the output bar was proposed. Using the finite-difference method and characteristic method, the numerical computation results were derived, and were compared with test results. The numerical and test results show the dynamic system analysis and computation program are valid and reliable, and the test apparatus is correct and reasonable. According to the numerical analysis, the phenomena of the impact process are explained, the match of the test system is discussed, and assessment of maximum stress of the test apparatus is given.
