摘    要:<正> N—丙烯酰-N′-甲基吡嗪(AMP),N-甲基丙烯酰-N′-甲基吡嗪(MAMP)是丙烯酰胺,甲基丙烯酰胺的脂肪叔胺基N-取代物。聚丙烯酰胺是众所周知的医用水凝胶,其N-取代物也是甚多报道的生物相容性材料。以脂肪叔胺基取代的丙烯酰胺,除可期望其聚合物用作医用水凝胶外,分子内所含的叔胺基可以作为氧化还原引发体系的组分来引

Abstract:Aliphatic tertiary ammo-group N-substituted acrylamides, N-acrylyl-N'-methylpipe-razine(AMP) and N-methacrylyl-N'-methyl piperazine(MAMP) were synthesized directly from N-methylpiperazine with corresponding acryl chlorides and characterized by the elementary analysis of their picrates, 1H-NMR, IR and MS. AMP did not polymerize with benzoyl peroxide, but could polymerize with LPO. The rate equation of the polymerization was given as RP=KPAMP] 1.5 LPO]0.5 and the overall activation energy of this polymerization system was determined as low as 10.8 kcal/mol. The redox nature of LPO with the monomer itself had been suggested. The polymers of these N-substituted acrylamides display good antithrombogeneeity tested by reacleification method.
