摘    要:本文利用激光透镜效应在激光束腰前后的反对称效应,以双样品池差分法对Co进行定量测定。单样品池和双样品池的最低可测浓度分别为5ng/ml和2ng/ml。分析灵敏度高于常规的分光光度计法10倍。He-Ne激光束功率为2mw。

Abstract:A thermal lens spectrophotometry having a differential response is describes. The reference and unknow samples are located on opposite sides of the waist of a single gaussian laser beam. The measurble concentrations of cobalt by the single-cell and dual-cell forms are 5ng/ml and 2ng/ml respectively. The sensitivity is increased 10 times compared with normal spectrophotometry by using 2mW available power of a He-Ne laser.
