Abstract: | Glassy carbon has been used as the working electrode in controlled potential coulometry. The results of coulometric investigations of chromium, copper, iron, uranium and neptunium are compared with results obtained with platinum or mercury working electrodes. The accuracy of results with the glassy carbon electrode compares favourably with the results obtainable with the other electrodes, but the precision is poorer. |
