摘    要:鉴于给水管网的优化设计的重要作用,提出了更符合实际、准确度更高的基于长期计划的动态给水管网优化设计模型。其目标函数中,动力费采用与时间相关的函数计算,折旧大修费采用与管段损坏率相关的函数计算,并建立了相应的动态优化设计模型。可以更精确地得出基于长期计划考虑管网优化设计结果。

Abstract:In the light of the important functions of the optimum design of t he water-supply pipeline, this paper puts forward a more practicable and more acc urate dynamic water-supply pipeline's optimum design,points out that in its ob jective function, the power cost is calculated by using the time-related functi on, and the major repair depreciation expense is calculated by using the pipe-s ection's damage ratio-related function, and sets up the corresponding dynamic o ptimum design model, by which the results of the pipeline's optimum design based on the long-term planning can be obtained more accurately.
