渐变眼镜片的设计及评价

摘    要:介绍了渐变镜片的基本结构及工作原理,给出其基于狄利克雷条件的软设计方法。根据曲面的微分几何理论,对渐变镜片性能进行分析评价。举例设计了光焦度增量为2 50m-1的几种渐变镜片。通过对其球面度和柱面度的数值分析,指出镜片子午线光焦度渐增方式的选取明显地影响镜片球面度和柱面度的大小和分布,由此,可设计满足不同使用要求的渐变镜片。

Design and evaluation of progressive addition spectacle lenses
Abstract:The basic feature and principle of progressive addition lens(PAL)are introduced. Its soft design method based on Dirichlet principle was given. According to the differential geometry theory of curving surface, PAL's performances were evaluated. As examples, several kinds of PAL with 2.50m-1 addition were designed. It is shown, through the numeral analysis of their surface power and astigmatism, that the patterns of power addition along meridian line have significant influence upon the distributions of surface power and astigmatism. In this way, it is concluded that the PALs that meet particular circumstances can be designed.
