摘    要:本文以无水A lC l3作催化剂合成聚苯乙炔(PPA),用H2SO4对其进行磺化改性,采用其混法制得了PPA/碳纳米管(CNTs)及磺化PPA/CNTs复合材料,对二者的常温电导率及变温电导率进行了测试。结果表明:磺化PPA的电导率较PPA的提高了3个数量级;随着CMTs含量增加,复合材料的电导率升高;PPA/CNTs导电的阈值是3%,达极限电导率(0.04S/m)所需CNTs含量为25%,而磺化PPA/CNTs导电的阈值是2%,达极限电导率所需CNTs(0.14 s/m)含量为25%。并分析了温度变化对复合材料电阻变化的影响因素。

Abstract:Polyphenylacetylene(PPA) has been prepared with anhydrous AlCl_3 as catalyst,and sulfonated by concentrated H_2SO_4.The conductivity of PPA/Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) and sulfonated PPA/CNTs composites is studied,which are prepared by blending CNTs with polymer in tetrahydrofuran under sonication.The result indicates that the conductivity of the sulfonated PPA has increased by 3 orders of magnitudes compared to PPA;and that the conductivity of the two kinds of composites is enhanced with the content of CNTs increasing under the room temperature;and that the estimated percolation threshold of PPA/CNTs is 3%,which of sulfonated PPA/CNTs is 2%;and that the amount of CNTs that are added to PPA for obtaining the maximum conductivity is 25%,which of sulfonated PPA/CNTs is 2.5%.The conductive factors of the composites has been analyzed when the temperature changes.
