| Abstract: | The development of the ruling concept is closely related to the cultivation of government service spirit.The current people-oriented ruling concept requires government to attach great importance to cultivate service spirit.Research on the cultivation approaches of government service spirit has important significance in building the service government,improving Party's governing ability and promoting China's administrative system reform. |
