摘    要:本文介绍KTP(KTiOPO4)倍频晶体端面等厚度三层倍频双波长增透膜的设计和制备工艺。该膜系结构和制备工艺简单,重复性好,在1.064μm和0.532μm的剩余反射率做到0.15%~0.20%。

AR coating of KTP frequency doubling devices for both 1.064μm and 0.532μm
Abstract:A new design and preparation technique about the anti-reflective coating for SHG of KTP(KTiOPO4) crystals are introduced. The coating is composed of three different films with identical thickness.The preparation is relatively easy, with high reproducibility. The residual reflectivity of both 1.064μm and 0.532μm has been reduced to as low as 0.15%~0.20%.
