| 摘 要： | 本文以聚氧乙烯类表面活性剂AEO-7形成的六方相液晶为模板分别制备出了CdS 和ZnS 纳米线及中孔结构的CdS及PbS;以阳极氧化铝位模板制备除了一系列硫化物半导体纳米线阵列。

| Abstract: | A series of nanowires of metal sulfide semiconductors were prepared with both hexagonal liquid crystals and AAO membranes as the synthesis templates. Mesoporous cadmium sulfide and lead sulfide were also obtained in the hexagonal liquid crystals. |
