摘    要:关于一摩尔葡萄糖彻底氧化后产生多少摩尔ATP的问题,在有关的不同书中提法不一。笔者认为,在教学中阐述此问题时,不能只讲36ATP或只讲38ATP,而应分明情况。即在真核细胞中,可能有两种情况:一种是在发生磷酸甘油穿梭时为36ATP;另一种发生苹果酸穿梭时为38ATP。而在原核细胞中应为38ATP。

Abstract:As to how much mole of ATP will be produced after a mole of glucose is completely oxidized, there are different results in different books concerned. 1 think that we are go ig to elucidate such problem in teaching, we shouldn't mention only 36ATP,or only 38ATP.Weshould handle it in different conaition. There might be two cases in eukaryo tic cell: in shuttling of 3-phosphoglycerate it will be 36ATP, but in malic acid it, will 38ATP.In prokaryotic cell it will be 38ATP.
