冲击条件下单晶铜中双纳米空洞的塌缩研究

摘    要:为研究金属材料的破损机制,应用分子动力学模拟方法对金属铜中两个纳米空洞在冲击作用下的塌缩过程做了研究.研究表明当两空洞沿冲击波方向放置时,左侧空洞的左右两侧均出现位错环,右侧空洞仅在其右侧出现位错环.当两空洞沿垂直于冲击波方向设置时,两空洞位错环出现交接现象.

Abstract:The evolution of two preexisting nano-voids in single crystal copper was investigated by means of molecular dynamics(MD) simulations.The simulations showed that dislocation loops emerged in the right and left of the left void,however,dislocation loops emerged only in the right of the right void when the two voids were set along the shock wave in the direction.When the voids were set perpendicular to the direction of the shock wave,the dislocation loops overlapped.
