Superconducting materials and technologies are strategically high-tech in the 21st century,and have highly potential and market prospects.Major countries in the world have launched R&D programs,and input fund heavily to support and inspirit its basis research and industry development.This paper analyzed the R&D programs and policies of the United States,Japan,European countries,South Korea,as well as R&D priorities of major scientific research institutions,introduced the current progress of superconducting materials and technologies research policies and priorities abroad.
