| Abstract: | In this paper, the problem of airline overbooking of the scheduled flight was studied. In the multi\|stage decision\|making model, the whole process of booking was divided into a number of time durations, in which the airline decides on the reaction to be made to the requests of expectant passengers who wish to make reservations, making sure that the number of passengers to board comes very close to the number of seats available on a particular flight. |
