摘    要:本文讨论用电子散斑干涉技术(ESPI)测量激光引起的热变形的方法。给出两种实验装置,分别用来测量面内变形和离面变形,讨论了测量原理,给出测量结果。

Abstract:The measuring method of the thermal deformation induced by high power lasersing Electronic Speckle Pattern Lnterferometer(ESPI)is represented in this paper.Two experimentalequipments and the measurement Principles are described in detail.Finally,the experiment resultsare discussed.
