摘    要:通过替换2mm扫频外差接收机(MSR)中老化的返波管,改进了MSR的高压电源和控制系统,研制了用于MSR的高增益、宽频带、低噪声中频放大器。给出了新返滤管的频率输出、接收系统的频率响应、灵敏度的校准方法以及MSR调试、校准的结果,也给出了中频放大器的结构设计和测试结果。

Abstract:The 2mm-band microwave scanning heterodyne radiometer (MSR) in the HL-1M tokamak was upgraded by changing the BWO and upgrading the high voltage power supply and control system.Meanwhile,the IF amplifier of MSR with high gain,broadband and low noise has been developed.The methods for calibration of new BWO frequency,frequency response and sensitivity of the detector are described in this paper.The results of calibration and adjustment of the MSR system are presented.The design circuit of the IF amplifier for this receiver and its measurement results are also presented.
