摘    要:已设计和研制成UHF,L双频段频率发生器,通过控制电压可方便地在同一输出口输出所需信号,由于使用继电器和单刀双掷射频开关同步控制两个频段VCO的工作与否及两通道的接通与否,使两频段的隔离度大于50dB,采用温控装置使VCO处于恒温工作状态,使输出频率稳定度大于10^-5,作者还介绍了该频率发生器的工作原理及主要部件的设计方法,最后给出了测试结果。

Abstract:A UHF and L dual band frequency generator has been designed and manufactured. It can conveniently transmit the required frequency by controlling voltages. By using relays and SPDT to control two VCOs and channels simultaneously, the isolation between the bands is larger than 50 dB. With a temperature controlling device to make the VCOs in a pre determined temperature, the stability of the output frequency is better than 10 -5 . This paper describes the principle of this frequency generator and design methods of its main parts. The test results are presented.
