| 摘 要： | 在明确界定位置服务平台含义的基础上,分析了我国电信运营商位置服务平台建设中存在的问题,提出了基于SOA架构构建位置服务平台模型的思路,并运用ESB集成框架及Web Service技术进行设计和实现,以期为位置服务业务的推广起到促进作用。
