| Abstract: | Thiazole, pyridine and some of their benzoderivatives react their N-ethoxycarbonyl chlorides with 2-trimethylsilylthiazole (1a) and 4-methyl-2-trimethylsilyloxazole (1b) to give the corresponding adducts at Cα which by oxidative deacylation afford azadiaryls. |
