Effective parameters of multicomponent dielectrics with hexagonal structure

The effective parameters of a matrix dielectric medium that contains three types of unidirectional cylindrical inclusions forming the hexagonal lattice are calculated. The electric field and the average characteristics of the system are analytically calculable if the concentration of the inclusions is low. Small parameters characterizing the system are indicated, and the general form of the expression for the effective permittivity of anisotropic multicomponent media is presented.
