| 摘 要： | 以烯炔为反应原料,在碱性条件下,顺利地发生分子内串联反应合成了芳基萘类木脂素.研究发现,加入氟化银可以高效地促进反应进行.实验结果表明,以CH2C1CH2C1作溶剂,在AgF和K2CO3存在下,烯炔可以顺利发生分子内串联反应,高产率得到芳基萘类木脂素.

| Abstract: | Base-mediated intramolecular cascade reactions of enynes were carried out smoothly leading to arylnaphthalene lignan lactones.The results demonstrated that aryl-substituted enynes successfully under-went the intramolecular cascade reaction to afford the corresponding arylnaphthalene lignan lactones in moderate to excellent yields using AgF/K2CO3 mixture as the bases in CH2ClCH2Cl.It is noteworthy that silver fluoride can promote the intramolecular cascade reaction. |
