| Abstract: | A sensitive analysis of pentaerythritol in plasma has been devised, based on the formation or its tetra-p-methoxybenzoate derivative and high-performance liquid chromatography employing an ultraviolet photometric detector. The method permits analysis of pentaerythritol in the ppm range. |
