二氧化锡/碳气凝胶的制备与电化学性能研究

摘    要:应用真空浸渍法制备二氧化锡/碳气凝胶的复合材料. XRD、BET、SEM及TEM等测试结果显示,二氧化锡纳米颗粒(5~10 nm)均匀地填充在碳气凝胶的孔道内部. 在100 mA/g的电流密度下经过100周次充放电测试,该材料的容量保持率为首次循环的61.9%.

Abstract:The tin dioxide/carbon xerogel composites were synthesized by using vacuum infiltration method.Structural characterization and morphology of the composites were investigated by using XRD,TEM and SEM techniques.BET test was performed to determine the poresize distributions of carbon xerogels and the composites.The results showed that the nano-sized SnO2 particles(5~10 nm) were encapsulated in the pores of carbon xerogels.During the electrochemical tests the SnO2 in the composites exhibited capacity retention of 61.9% after 100 cycles of charge-discharge tests at 100 mA/g.
