| 摘 要： | 通过对鞍钢板坯连铸机试车后几次事故的调查研究，分析出连铸机引锭杆固定螺栓断裂的原因，并提出了几种相应的改进措施，现场采用后，固定螺栓的使用寿命大大提高，生产情况良好。

| Abstract: | Severd troubles occured during the test run for the conticaste in AnShan Iron & Steel company are investigated, and the relevant improvement measures are put forwand after the reasons of breakaye of the ingot rod fixed bolts of the conticaster. After the measures are taken, the service life of the fixed bolts is increased greatly, and the conticaster runs well. |
