弹箭动静不平衡度数字仿真方法

摘    要:该文研究了引起弹箭动静不平衡的误差来源以及对散布的影响,主要讨论了加工误差和装配误差。同时,建立了数学模型,推导出计算动不平衡的数学公式。由于误差是随机的,所以把符合给定公差范围的误差作为随机变量,通过严格的统计检验确定了它的分布规律,然后应用蒙特卡罗法进行数字仿真,编制出相应的程序,并计算出结果。理论计算结果与试验数据吻合良好。在数学模型的建立上,思路开阔,具有一定的实用性。

Abstract:his article studied the sources of error to cause the rocket's dynamical and still unbalancing, and the major error of influncing on the rocket's distribution. The processing error and assembling error are mainly discussed. In addition, it provides the mathematics model and derives the formula to compute the dynamical unbalancing. Because the errors are random, the errors within the given tolerance range are thought of as the random variables, and their distributions are determined by means of strict statistical tests.Then the Monte-Carlo method is used to have digital simulation and the corresponding computer program is given to work out the results. The theoretical numerical results are in good agreement with the data obtained in the ground tests. In creating the mathematics model, the thought is advanced and it is useful.
