| Abstract: | The enantioselective syntheses of naphthyl-substituted-N-tosylphenylglycines are described. These unnatural amino acids were tested as ligands for the chiral oxazaborolidine catalyzed Diels-Alder reaction between cyclopentadiene and 2-bromoacrolein. |
