| Abstract: | Being as the carrier and media for transmitting the information, knowledge and technique, the foreign language plays an important role in the rapid development of our country's higher education and sci-tech. The special position and function of the English, which forces us to re-evaluate our country's strategic decision on the English education, require us make all-round, profound, omni-directional and multi-angle research and exploration on the informatization of the foreign language education. |
