高速铁路RPC格构型轨道板的设计与仿真分析

摘    要:分析了活性粉末混凝土RPC(Reactive Powder Concrete)材料的特性和普通混凝土轨道板的缺陷,在此基础上提出了将RPC这种超高性能的材料应用于轨道板的思想.根据设计荷载作用下轨道板的受力特点,建议采用格构型RPC轨道板,并给出了其设计图.利用有限元软件建立了不同类型板式轨道的三维空间模型,对其力学性能进行了研究,通过对不同类型轨道板应力位移的比较分析,证明了采用RPC格构型轨道板是合理和安全的,为我国高速铁路和客运专线板式轨道的设计提供参考,同时也为RPC材料在工程结构中的应用开辟了新的研究空间.

Abstract:The property of RPC and shortcomings of normal concrete slab are introduced.Based on this,it is proposed that RPC with excellent performances should be used in slab.According to the loading characteristic of slab under the design load,RPC lattice slab is recommended,and its design drawing is presented.Slab track models of different types are built by using FEA software,and further research has been done on its mechanical behavior.Through comparison analysis of stress and displacement,it proves that it is reasonable and safe to use RPC lattice slab.Some references have been offered on the design of slab track of high-speed railway and passenger line,while new research space has been established for utility of RPC in engineering structures.
