| 摘 要： | 根据河南省2008—2010年52家上市公司财务数据,采用样本逐步回归分析,分析了融资结构及其影响因素的关系.结果表明:河南省上市公司权益资金比例较高,债务资金较低,并且债务资金中流动比例偏高,财务风险大;盈利能力和资本运营能力和资本结构负相关;近三年河南省上市公司ROE呈下降趋势,导致负债比例一定程度的上升.

| Abstract: | In this paper,financial data of 52 Henan Province＇s listed companies from 2008 to 2010 is employed based on the stepwise regression analysis to analyse the financing structure and its relationship with influencing factors.From the results,it showed that Henan Province＇s listed company capital structure has higher equity ratio,lower debt and the high proportion of debt capital flows,much financial risks.While profit ability and capital operation ability is negatively related to capital structure.In recent three years,the declining of ROE is leading to the rise of debt ratio. |
