盆栽和地栽牡丹各部位大量元素年周期变化的研究

摘    要:以牡丹品种‘洛阳红’为试验材料,通过盆栽和地栽两种方式,在不同的生长期采集样品,测定比较两种栽培方式下牡丹不同部位的大量元素(N、P、K、Ca、Mg)含量变化情况.结果表明:在叶片中,盆栽牡丹和地栽牡丹大量元素的年周期变化规律基本一致,N、P、K含量不断下降,而Ca、Mg总体呈上升的趋势.在新茎中,盆栽牡丹和地栽牡丹N元素年周期变化都是先逐渐下降,到落叶期含量迅速上升;P、K元素,含量逐渐下降;Ca、Mg元素含量不断上升,盆栽牡丹Ca含量明显低于地栽牡丹同期水平.在老茎中,地栽牡丹老茎中的N、P、K元素含量在落叶期都有不同程度的上升,盆栽牡丹则仍处于下降的状态;且两者Ca、Mg元素年周期变化则呈现相反的变化趋势.

Abstract:Taking peony variety'Luoyanghong' of different growing periods as materials,through potted and field planted,this experiment determined the contents of major elements(N,P,K,Ca and Mg)in different parts.In leaves,the major elements annual changes trends of potted peony and field peony were basically unanimous;contents of N,P,K decreased continuously;contents of Ca and Mg increased continuously.In new stems of potted peony and field peony,N content decreased gradually first,and then increased rapidly in leaf-fall period;the changing trends of P and K contents of potted peony and field peony were similarly,decreasing gradually;Ca and Mg contents increased continuously;Ca content of potted peony was obviously lower than that of field peony in the same period.In old stems,there were obvious difference in major elements annual changes trends between potted peony and field peony;N,P and K contents in old stems of field peony all rose relatively in leaf-fall period,while for the potted peony,the contents of these elements were still decreased in the same period;moreover,the change trends of Ca ang Mg of then were opposite.
