Abstract:	The displacement moments in the trapping model with a below-threshold field are calculated. The moments for the surviving particles are shown to have the asymptotic form xⁿ At. Formulas for the upstream and downstream trapping probabilities and for the displacement moments for the trapped particles are also obtained.
