Study on Operation Mechanism of Literature Resource Construction of University Library in New Period

The paper analyzes the current environment faced by the construction of literature resources of university library, and connecting with the actual works of the library of Northeast Petroleum University, puts forwards the suggestion on establishing an effective operation mechanism for guaranteeing the demand of literature resources of university, and makes the concrete argumentation of it.
